Message to Obama

Mr. President,

India attained independence after long fought war finally thro nonviolence. India does not believe or act thro terrorism to achieve this status in all walks of life. India is a nation which the whole world watches in awe. To reach this status, there was no short cut, only hard work through planning by right minded people at the helm with single minded devotion. Of course we have a long way to go to become a super power.

My question to Mr. Obama is

• ·        Why are you silent with the acts of our neighbour?
• ·     Is it a political diplomacy or double standard approach?

With reference to terrorism, Being the Head of state of a great nation, you have every right to call spade a spade. To have business relations with our country is all right, but would you not be also concerned with our cross border terrorism. If an enemy is bent upon destroying a fellow, he can find many ways to do that.

So what we Indians plead is that we want simply a peaceful country, a pleasant neighbor and a progressive attitude. We Indians never ever perpetrate terrorism. If you are so serious about it do something to combat terrorism so as to enable all the people to live in global peace instead of being blown over to pieces.
