JUDGE A MAN BY HIS DEED!

                ~A TRUE EVENT OF JUDICIAL BENEVOLENCE....

We meet and hear people everyday from all walks of life, but we remember only afew,

Some are  great when their thoughts  do air and aim the uplift of helpless and hapless

Here is a great man who might have judged many cases  with  benevolence  he knew

He might have punished many a guilty, but redefining one’s future is simply peerless.

When you land up in unresolvable  disputes with someone, you do approach the court,

Judges are  learned, shrewd, and with sharp senses to hear and see things and decide,

 Perfect solution for any specific case, they give the verdict based on solid evidences

 Visual effects that seemed to decide the fate of this boy of four, was just  providence.

This boy too was in the court, albeit for wrong reasons, held by this “so called mother”

She was on a trial for a petty theft of chain snatching in a ferry, when she was caught,

The chain was traced from the backwaters after the loud lament  from the lone owner,

A witness on board led to this woman with this boy, trapped thus, she was  distraught.

She was facing the trial in the court when this learned judge saw this  crushing  pinch

While he was asking her about  her version of the offense,she did let out a violent cry.

 The boy who was till that moment in a silent mode began his episode of crying cinch,

The continuing pinch  on the boy made him cry, the baffled judge seeing this did pry ,

Seeing the light in the tunnel, Judge  pondered ,how can a mother pinch her own child,

In camera interrogation, revealed the truth, that  truly restructured  the boy’s future

The parentless boy was  spotted, carried for the sake of begging or intentions so wild

The Judge took exceptional exercise of his powers, the boy was saved from her torture,

Many legal tussles followed from other sections to claim the child without valid reasons

Genetic tests were done in futile, scanned to see whether all vital organs were intact,

Amidst all this ,the boy was not bemused but grew in an orphanage for a dozen seasons

Years rolled on, the boy had grown brilliantly ,unaware of the torrid childhood past,

 Nor does he worry over his parentage,now on the verge of joining  engineering college ,

 The mentor had lost  note of him ,till when he happened to visit the orphanage again,

 Emotions overruled unabatedly, soon seen in loving embraces with the paternal tinge

 A pinch changed the future of a child, we hope, helpless kids need such embraces again.
